Mayfield Heights home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Mayfield Heights rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,500 - a 9.6% increase over the $99,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in January 2017.
