Euclid home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Euclid rose by $1,000 while total sales increased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 2% increase over the $49,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Euclid in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.7% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
