South Euclid home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in South Euclid fell by $15,000 while total sales increased by 51.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,500 - a 18.4% decrease over the $81,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in South Euclid in January 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 4.9% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
