Shaker Heights home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Shaker Heights rose by $42,050 while total sales increased by 65.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 43.4% increase over the $96,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Shaker Heights in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Shaker Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,232, approximately 5.9% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
