Highland Heights home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Highland Heights fell by $117,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 35.7% decrease over the $330,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Highland Heights in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,138, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
