University Heights home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in University Heights fell by $18,500 while total sales increased by 242.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,500 - a 13.9% decrease over the $133,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in University Heights in February 2017.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 5.6% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
