Lyndhurst home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Lyndhurst rose by $26,575 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,825 - a 27.3% increase over the $97,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Lyndhurst in February 2017.
