Beachwood home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Beachwood fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 1.5% decrease over the $238,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Beachwood in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,158, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
