Richmond Heights home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Richmond Heights rose by $18,500 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,000 - a 17.9% increase over the $103,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Richmond Heights in March 2017.
