Cleveland Heights home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Cleveland Heights fell by $12,900 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,750 - a 12.2% decrease over the $105,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in March 2017.
