East Cleveland home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in East Cleveland rose by $14,450 while total sales remained unchanged with 14 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $32,200 - a 81.4% increase over the $17,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in East Cleveland in March 2017, as well.
