Euclid home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Euclid rose by $11,083 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 25.2% increase over the $43,917 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Euclid in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.2% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
