South Euclid home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in South Euclid rose by $33,300 while total sales increased by 109.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,300 - a 65.3% increase over the $51,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in South Euclid in March 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
