Lyndhurst home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Lyndhurst fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,500 - a 3.9% decrease over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Lyndhurst in April 2017.
