Highland Heights home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Highland Heights fell by $36,000 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 13.4% decrease over the $268,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Highland Heights in April 2017.
