Mayfield Heights home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Mayfield Heights rose by $2,400 while total sales increased by 94.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,900 - a 1.9% increase over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,601, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
