Cleveland Heights home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Cleveland Heights rose by $5,551 while total sales increased by 56.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $83,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 5.6% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
