South Euclid home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in South Euclid fell by $16,625 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,250 - a 20.3% decrease over the $81,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in South Euclid in April 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 5% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
