Euclid home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Euclid fell by $7,750 while total sales increased by 92.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,500 - a 12.3% decrease over the $63,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Euclid in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.1% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
