Pepper Pike home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Pepper Pike fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,000 - a 0.1% decrease over the $382,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Pepper Pike in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,132, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
