Beachwood home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Beachwood fell by $86,950 while total sales increased by 112.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 26.2% decrease over the $331,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Beachwood in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,158, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
