South Euclid home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in South Euclid rose by $15,250 while total sales increased by 29.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,250 - a 24.2% increase over the $63,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in South Euclid in May 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
