Pepper Pike home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Pepper Pike fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $405,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Pepper Pike in June 2017.
