South Euclid home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in South Euclid rose by $23,750 while total sales increased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,500 - a 36.1% increase over the $65,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in South Euclid in June 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
