Cleveland Heights home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Cleveland Heights rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 15.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,000 - a 20.6% increase over the $94,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 110 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
