University Heights home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in University Heights fell by $17,750 while total sales increased by 10.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 11% decrease over the $160,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in University Heights in June 2017.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
