Mayfield home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Mayfield rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 15.5% increase over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mayfield in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,906, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
