Pepper Pike home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Pepper Pike fell by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $498,000 - a 5.9% decrease over the $529,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Pepper Pike in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,132, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
