Mayfield home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Mayfield rose by $49,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,000 - a 23% increase over the $213,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mayfield in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,906, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
