University Heights home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in University Heights rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 37.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $142,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in University Heights in July 2017.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
