Shaker Heights home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Shaker Heights rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Shaker Heights in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Shaker Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,232, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
