Richmond Heights home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Richmond Heights fell by $20,000 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 13.3% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Richmond Heights in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Richmond Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,994, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
