South Euclid home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in South Euclid fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in South Euclid in July 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
