Euclid home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Euclid rose by $8,650 while total sales increased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,250 - a 16.4% increase over the $52,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Euclid in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.7% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
