Highland Heights home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Highland Heights rose by $45,500 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 16.6% increase over the $274,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Highland Heights in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,138, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
