University Heights home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in University Heights fell by $14,650 while total sales remained unchanged with 32 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,350 - a 9.5% decrease over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in University Heights in August 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
