South Euclid home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in South Euclid rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,500 - a 4.9% increase over the $92,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in South Euclid in August 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
