University Heights home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in University Heights rose by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 32.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 19.9% increase over the $133,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in University Heights in September 2017.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 4% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
