Cleveland Heights home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Cleveland Heights rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 15.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $92,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 5.1% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
