Euclid home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Euclid rose by $15,050 while total sales decreased by 17%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,800 - a 32.9% increase over the $45,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Euclid in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.7% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
