Pepper Pike home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Pepper Pike fell by $59,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 16.9% decrease over the $349,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Pepper Pike in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,132, approximately 3.8% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
