South Euclid home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in South Euclid rose by $5,250 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $84,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in South Euclid in October 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
