Euclid home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Euclid rose by $14,150 while total sales increased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,000 - a 24.5% increase over the $57,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Euclid in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
