University Heights home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in University Heights rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 30.1% increase over the $123,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in University Heights in November 2017.
