Mayfield home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Mayfield fell by $28,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,250 - a 11.7% decrease over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mayfield in November 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,906, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
