South Euclid home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in South Euclid rose by $800 while total sales increased by 68.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,250 - a 0.9% increase over the $89,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in South Euclid in November 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
