Mayfield Heights home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Mayfield Heights rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,500 - a 5.2% increase over the $133,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in November 2017.
