Euclid home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Euclid rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 27%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 19.3% increase over the $54,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Euclid in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
