University Heights home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in University Heights rose by $24,000 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,000 - a 19.2% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in University Heights in December 2017.
