Highland Heights home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Highland Heights fell by $36,600 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,900 - a 16.2% decrease over the $226,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Highland Heights in December 2017.
